03.Planning Application
Once you're happy with the design, we prepare and submit the planning application and manage the process through to the decision.
04.Building Regulations
We prepare and submit the Building Control application, including all required drawings and details, and support you through the process until approval to ensure full compliance with technical and safety regulations.
05.Tender / Construction
We liaise with all appointed consultants to ensure full design coordination, and produce complete tender packages to help you obtain and review contractor quotes, ensuring all work is properly covered and reducing budget risks.
06.Project Management
We administer the building contract and support the construction phase by reviewing site progress, managing contractor queries, and carrying out quality assurance to ensure the works are delivered in line with the approved design and specifications.
